The Mask...

We've finally gotten to the origin of the titular mask "The Laughing Doggebi" and ultimately the conversation that turns Ran into The Saint. (we'll get to this in greater detail in the coming weeks). This is arguably the most critical moment in the entire back-story. Without the resolute loyalty of ChooWol, the kind benevolence of a Holy-Man, and the love a Doctor has for his friend the Mask-Maker there would be no Legend of five sisters and their mascot mask.

Disaster continues...

I've given up doing post-processing on the back-up machine. It just muddies the page. Until my replacement gets here we're going zip-tone free as I will now simply add speech bubbles and mark a page "done enough". On that note, I got a letter from Dell this morning saying that they had delayed shipment of the replacement machine that was meant to go out today. I had hoped this would be the last Monday working on the backup machine... but what can you do?

THE WITCHING HOUR APPROACHES

In more exciting news, Studio Doggebi loves Halloween like a fat kid loves candy. So it's going to be an annual thing now that every year Studio Doggebi will be releasing a Halloween special. This year veteran web-comicker and all around heart-throb Nicolás R. Giacondino  (Free Mars, Divinity to name a couple) is taking on the artwork for the special!

Witching Hour will be a 15 page short within the continuity of The Legendary Sisters of the Laughing Doggebi and will air at midnight CST October 30th.
